She has practiced immigration law on both sides of the U.S.-Canada border and has a substantial practice in TN and business visitor status for citizens of Canada and Mexico under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). She handles the full range of employer-sponsored visa matters and all phases of the employment-based permanent residence process, from the PERM and I-140 phase through the adjustment of status or consular processing step resulting in U.S. permanent residence and eventual citizenship. She is a member of the California State Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the AILA NorCal chapter, and is the Contest Coordinator for the annual essay contest for 5th graders, entitled "Why I'm Glad America is a Nation of Immigrants."
